15th Annual Crocus Walk, starts on the seafront beside the Borrow Pitts car park, Kingsdown Road, Walmer, 10am. Route for this charity walk is the coast path to Kingsdown, and along the White Cliffs to St Margarets Bay and The White Cliffs Hotel. Following nibbles, a short talk about the Breastcancer Now charity and a raffle, walkers return to the start point (approx 2.30pm). The walk is not a race and is open to all ages; dogs are very welcome. Participation fee is £10 (includes nibbles at halfway point and booking fee). 07708 913976

Health Walk: North Deal Stroll. Meets at Golf Road Community Center, 10.30am. Routes cover the sand dunes by the side of Cinque Ports Golf Club, Deal promenade and surrounding countryside. The pace is fairly steady with tea or coffee during or after the walk. On occasions we take a bus to walk in alternative locations.
